German Christmas Pyramids

German Christmas pyramids (Weihnachtspyramiden) are handmade in the Erzgebirge mountains of Saxony. When the candles are lit, their rising heat turns the propeller on top and the tiers below slowly spin, casting moving light and shadow across the room. That is why they are also called candle carousels or Christmas windmills.

Choose from nativity, Santa, angel and winter scenes, from small tea light pyramids to multi-tier centerpieces. Most are candle-powered; a few turn with a small electric motor. Need spares? We also carry pyramid candles and replacement parts.
