We offer free shipping on order over $100. All orders $99.99 and under have a flat rate shipping cost of $5.99. Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, processing times may be longer and carrier services are experiencing worldwide shipping delays. Especially for holiday shopping, we encourage our customers to place orders as early as possible to avoid being impacted by these delays brought on by shipping carriers which are out of Seiffen Haus' control.
What is Route Shipping Insurance?
Seiffen Haus has partnered with Route which offers premium shipping insurance. By default, this protection is added on to the cart page. We highly recommend that you leave the insurance enabled to ensure coverage in case of loss, damage, or theft. If shipping insurance is disabled, we will do whatever we can to recoup the loss, but we will not be responsible in case no recovery is possible.
My item was marked as delivered but I can't find it.
We're sorry to hear you haven't received your shipment. Please check in with a neighbor, roommate, your property or your building management to retrieve your package. We suggest you then reach out to the shipping carrier who delivered your package. If shipping insurance was not added to your order and the package was stolen, a police report is required for us to recoup your loss and this is determined on a case by case basis by the shipping provider.

I opened my package and items are damaged.
We are so sorry that your items arrived damaged. We thoroughly examine every item before it leaves our warehouse and do everything we can when packaging your order to insure that the items are protected. Once an order is picked up by the shipping courier we have no control over how it is handled. If shipping insurance was not added to your order please reach out to the shipping carrier for further assistance.
How long will it take for my order to ship and when can I expect it?
Typically our warehouse processing time is 2-4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday or a holiday will not be processed until the next business day. Please note that once the carrier picks up shipments from our warehouse it is the carrier service’s responsibility to deliver packages in a timely manner. Seiffen Haus is not responsible for any shipping delays
I placed my order and paid for two-day delivery, why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Orders with expedited shipping charges are still subject to the same processing times as orders with standard shipping – 2 business days. Expedited shipping only guarantees the amount of time the carrier takes to deliver the package once the order has been processed. Seiffen Haus is not responsible for delayed expedited packages once the package has left our facility and cannot refund any shipping charges once the package has shipped.
I put in the wrong address by mistake and my order has shipped, what can I do?
Please contact the carrier service directly to correct a delivery address. Seiffen Haus cannot adjust the address of packages in transit and is not responsible for orders that ship with an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please be sure to double check the delivery address provided for shipping to avoid any issues. Seiffen Haus cannot refund orders delivered to the incorrect address as provided by the customer.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will be notified via e-mail once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipment tracking to update on the carrier's tracking site.
The tracking on my order has suddenly stopped moving and hasn’t been delivered - what is going on?
To confirm the status of an order already in transit please contact the carrier via your shipment method. We recommend that you sign up for tracking alerts directly with the courier delivering your package for the most up-to-date information on your shipment. Seiffen Haus is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.
